A CHRISTMAS CAROL
Adapted by Christopher Schario based on the novella by Charles Dickens
December 5 – 22, 2019
Focusing on Dickens’ powerful language, humor and warmth, this charming version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL simply and directly tells the story of the redemption of a human soul. The play follows the ever-powerful story of Scrooge, a lonely miser, who, through the help of spirits and visions from his past, present and future, finds a second chance to become a loving, generous human being. Told through the eyes of a child reading this tale for the first time, and brought to life by an ensemble of 6 actors, this version of this story is one of the most requested pieces by our Atlantic Stage audiences!
Atlantic Stage is a black box theatre seating 50-70 patrons. The seating is flexible and is often reconfigured for each production. You may contact us at the box office if you have questions about seating for each show.
- Single Ticket purchases are “general admission” which means you can select any available seat when you arrive at the theatre.
- Season FlexPass holders enjoy the added benefit of Reserved Seating. See FlexPasses for more information.
- Front row seats are on floor level and there are steps up into the other rows. Depending on the configuration there could be 2,3,4 or 5 rows.
- If you require handicap accessible seating, please contact the box office in advance at 877-287-8587 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our floor level is limited and we want to be sure we can accommodate you comfortably in the space.
Sold Out Events:
In the event of sold out events, we reserve the right to assign all seats in advance. This helps to prevent parties being split up upon arrival when patrons are seating themselves. When assigning seats we do our best to keep parties together and honor accessible seating requests.
