Blue Elephant Thai restaurant in Murrells Inlet is owned and operated by Dr. Paul Byington, who is Thai and is the chef and who goes back and forth to Thailand leading groups and bringing treasures back to his restaurant. The food by the way is exceptional!

We were very impressed with the Boom Boom Wine Room. Not only excellent food, art and jazz with Wayne Cockfield performing every Friday and Saturday from 7:00, they have also recently won the coveted "Best Fine Art Men's Room on the Grand Strand" award, plus they even feed the homeless! Owner Jennifer Stradtman is tending bar. Take a look 🙂
