A CHRISTMAS CAROL

Adapted by Christopher Schario based on the novella by Charles Dickens

December 5 – 22, 2019

Focusing on Dickens’ powerful language, humor and warmth, this charming version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL simply and directly tells the story of the redemption of a human soul. The play follows the ever-powerful story of Scrooge, a lonely miser, who, through the help of spirits and visions from his past, present and future, finds a second chance to become a loving, generous human being. Told through the eyes of a child reading this tale for the first time, and brought to life by an ensemble of 6 actors, this version of this story is one of the most requested pieces by our Atlantic Stage audiences!
